    Typical Project Investment Ranges

    These ranges are intended as a general guide. Final costs depend on design, material selections, and project complexity. In most cases, materials and finishes account for a significant portion of the total investment.

    Small Projects — $50,000–$100,000 Small kitchen or bathroom renovations, deck or porch updates, detached garages, or minor additions.

    Mid-Range Renovations — $100,000–$250,000 Full kitchen or bathroom remodels, porch additions, finished garages, window replacement, and moderate additions.

    Large Renovations & Additions — $250,000–$500,000 Extensive remodels, large additions, and complex renovation projects involving multiple areas of the home.

    Major Renovations / Whole-Home Remodels — $500,000+ Full-home renovations, structural reconfiguration, and large-scale additions.

    Custom Homes — $750,000+ Fully custom homes designed and built from the ground up.
