Background in the industry
Sam spent his summers working with his dad, Santiago, in the construction industry, practically growing up in the world of construction. Over the last 5 years, he went from being an apprentice to a trim carpenter and doing punch work to being a field construction manager for a reputable builder. He’s worked on everything from new home construction to additions and renovations. One of his passions is learning about new materials and cutting-edge technology in the residential construction industry.
